Me. I like having underground structures that do not get autogriefed by dungeon masters.

You can there swap anything you find.
Also Animals.
I send a list with the things you can swap when the first user go into the SwapCenter and want to swap something.
Tree Block = 3 scc
Wooden Plank = ½ scc
Stick = ¼ scc
Fence = 3 scc
Torch = 5 scc
Sign = 4 scc
Chest = 3 scc
Locking chest = 6 scc
Furnance = 15 scc
steel ingots = 7 ssc
steel block = 15 ssc
axes:
