Have you thought about using, or making a different model than the milling machine at the top of the page? When you think of columns and decorative stone work, you think more of the classical world. I like the idea. The only thing I am concerned with is minetest.f ind_nodes_in_area. This might be an issue with speed if called too much.

I submitted the pull request. I'm still working on making the melting behavior not melt the snow/ice biomes. If minetest had biome support it would be a lot easier but I'm relying on snow biomes having ice blocks in them. This doesn't prevent taiga (snow forests) from melting and it makes it a lot ...

iirc water mobs stay in the water unless they are in attack mode. Then they will come out of the water.

If anyone is interested in helping, I am sure there has to be a way to make it so that when you place a slab of one material, and one of these top slabs of another material on top, that they switch into a full node entity, the same as when you place a slab atop another of the same material they tur...

The river water source could have an animated texture. If you could get the direction or the river and rotate the source so the animation goes the right way then rivers would look better imho. Might be a task and a half to do though.

As long as you have this code or similar in your init.lua file then it would not be a hard dependency. if minetest.get_modpath("bakedclay") then dofile(minetest.get_modpath("mymeshnodes").."/bakedclay.lua") end Edit - I also made a PR to add a mod.conf file to the mod.

I do not have plans to add other consoles. Pull requests are welcome, though. One thing I'd like to do some day is replace the existing models in the "computers" component with nice, low-poly meshes that better capture the shapes of the devices, and maybe come up with some extensible way ...
