It worked from and to formspec text areas on Arch Linux with Openbox as window manager. I actively used that functionality for programming a microcontroller from the technic mod.

Compiled it on Arch yesterday. The (as of yesterday) most recent PKGBUILD is broken, but the 5.3.0 PKGBUILD works properly, just change the version number and hashes to match 5.4.0.

Nodes don't know what wear is. You could use node meta data to store the wear value but no idea how to apply it when digging the node. If the tool is only a tool to store some kind of wear value ad it's not used as an actual tool to dig nodes maybe use meta data in general instead of a wear value. I...

You can place subfolders in any media path to organise media, and minetest will load from them. A media path is a mod's media folder (textures/models/sounds) or a texture pack. For one level deep this already works for texture packs … But now I can have ./mods/my_cool_mod/textures/cool_things/of_ty...

Too bad the commits/PRs are not linked.

What does “Load media from subfolders” mean? Can we use subfolders for sounds and textures in mods now instead of just ./sounds, ./textures, etc.?
