Are you in the minetest directory?

make

To run minetest, make sure you're in ~/minetest (or wherever you downloaded it in the first command) and type bin/minetest

@Neuro: Please elaborate. Where do you need help? Do you need help setting it up? If so, post the error log, if there is one. If there is not, please tell where you're having the problem. Or do you need help starting from the beginning?

If you installed from source, it would be PATH/TO/MINETEST/games/GAME_NAME/mods
Game name is default minimal, but if you downloaded minetest_game it woudl be minetest_game.

You were probably going to fast and the chunks weren't loading, or you ran out of usable disc space.

@KatieKitten: you must get the latest minetest which has slabs and steps.

A few things for news:
1. Interact privileges granted
2. Certain people banned (galaranix1 and some kind of creeper-named guy, both for griefing/stealing)
3. Server updated to latest (git)
4. Mining below -300 WILL cause server crashing (Floating exception)
