TMPFolder workaround not work for me (Windows 7), I must wait for a fix :(.

I tried with both 7z and WinRAR (check my post for the logs), just to be sure - I get the exact same errors on both utilities. Today I download the last sfan file and sucessfully decompressed it with 7-Zip 15.14 on Windows7. I think that your problem was a corrupted file (maybe a communication erro...

You can find utils, quest_engine, mobs_environments in the components of https://github.com/sapier sometimes in the master branch or in the 2.6 branch, so you must check it carefully.

Nathan, I think that maybe you must delete the glow mod to get rid of the " active block modifiers took 287ms (longer than 200ms)" messages. The ABMs of the glow mod generated a lot of memory problems in my computer so I deleted it, and now the game run smoothly.

Well this take more time that I think, but now the pathogen library save the player infections to persistent player data when the player leave the game and load them when the player join the game. I have a lot of joy with all that I have to learn to do it, thanks to all the people that make Minetest...

Don't worry, I really like the concept of this subgame and want to see the future progress, so keep the good work.
