How to get inventory images?

Is there any script that returns all the inventory images of the items on a server? This would help a lot to make external tools processing minetest data, such as web interfaces for warehouses or shops; or documentation outside of the game.

Re: Why are the proprietary ad-infested Android forks tolera

well, yes, only the mod itself, not the other mods. It would help if Multikraft took advtrains, applied it to their server, fixed a couple of bugs and refused to release them. AGPL guards against proprietary enhancements of your mods better than GPL, since GPL can be circumvented through running the...

Re: Why are the proprietary ad-infested Android forks tolera

Advtrains was relicensed to AGPL yesterday, to have some more leverage against rogue server operators or said android forks.

Chemnitzer Linuxtage 2020

KNN-GIST in Postgresql

It seems that Postgres Supports k-nearest neighbours and Geospatial indexing. From Wikipedia: k-nearest neighbors (k-NN) indexing (also referred to KNN-GiST[32]) provides efficient searching of "closest values" to that specified, useful to finding similar words, or close objects or locatio...

Re: Understanding Minetest scheduling

I can say that I have tried the server-side patch and even backported it to 0.4.17. It really does do wonders, and made our laggy server come back to life.

Re: [Server] LinuxWorks Next Generation (Lots of trains)

Server is currently down due to some nasty memory leak that might have gotten induced by advtrains. Expect the server to update to 5.x in the process; more updates on the wiki.

Re: [mod] "lurkcoin" [lurkcoin]

IMHO this mod is completely unusable unless the server is released as free software. I'm not going to let this anywhere near my server unless I can test it thoroughly and ensure the server does not do nasty stuff.

Re: [Server] [v5.0.1] Momos-Traum-Insel

Re: [Mod] Advanced Trains [advtrains] [2.0.1 TSS]

I don't really see a way to have the sound played realistically except by calculating them individually per player. Exactly. The missing Doppler effect really ruins the train sounds. This is a major oversight in the minetest engine, which is excusable since all the entities they had in mind origina...

Re: [Server] LinuxWorks Next Generation (Lots of trains)

I backported some patches meant for 5.0. The resulting minetest is available from https://git.bananach.space/minetest.git/, also I have activated Libspatial, I don't know how much of a difference that makes.

The lag is noticeably less now.

How do I disable that? using max_forceloaded_blocks = 0, which is already active on my server?
