Right now, I'm using this PC:
- Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3Ghz x2
- 4GB of RAM
- Intel Q45 integraded graphic card.

and I get 4~5 FPS.
I looked at the graphics config and... and I can't do anything to make it lower

Necesitas instalar el módulo de Lua del que depende este mod: luasocket. Esto es importante ya que sin ello el mod no podrá tener acceso a la red y por ende no se podrá ejecutar. En Windows no sé cómo se instalará desde que no uso este sistema operativo, pero si tienes el gestor de paquetes luarock...
