Polish. Why polish characters: ą, ć, ę, ń, ś, ź, ż not works in the game and on chat? I tried this mod, but i only get a empty output in chat. Whats' the Problem? Maybe in your settings the CHAT_MESSAGES restriction flag is set. It should be working if you use latest stable (0.4.17.1) but it might not working if you use devs version (eg. 5.0.0) because they added in CSM restrictions...

I missed one sign (signs_road:yellow_street_sign) from the mod.
I've patched it to support the missed sign in latest commit and released v1.1
I've also updated the first post accordingly, and put long list into spoilers to save space of the post.

The problem is that, you need to load the skin before using it. This means the server needs to restart for the new skin to work, Minetest don't support loading image file on the fly while Minetest server is still running, it need to be restarted. (Also, there's quite impossible to 'upload' anything...

Why not simply record with OBS and set frame rate for the video to 5 FPS? I'm just telling them how to do it in that way if they want, and the 5FPS is just my testing to ensure the command actually worked... I wish I would of thought of this approach for the rest of the map. Think of it this way, we'll be like the only server with a complete. fully generated map of the surface XD what if there's huge mountains or floating islands (assuming it's mgv7)? it's not really "surface" at some places....

What do you all means "set up fonts"? Do you mean like how to install and use the font in Minetest, or on how to create your own font? To use the font in Minetest, place the font anywhere (or in the fonts folder inside Minetest installation folder) then change the font path in Advanced Set...
