Ok, so I use mapgen V6, and I want to get rid of tundra and rainforests. How do I manage this? I think I may have posted this same question somewhere before, if so, I apologize. I left minetest for some time, and I'm now trying to run a server based off of Craig's and Gabo's server.

That is pretty odd... Unfortunetly I don't know too much about RUNNING a server... All I know is that this is unusual, and maybe has something to do with the connection glitching out?

I just want to know the ID for each biome in the game, so I can unregister them from the init.lua.

Alright, thanks for the response, it helps a lot as I knew the server well enough that I know a lot of the old and new admins/moderators. Nice to know you used to play there, I love meeting members who enjoyed and played that server with/like me.

So I can edit it from the init.lua of nyancat or moreores etc?

I'm trying to remove overworld biomes, like Snow biomes or Jungle biomes for example. I want to make it so I only have Plains, Forests, Deserts, Ruins, and Oceans, but I don't know how. If anyone knows how to do this I'd appreciate any response you can offer.

Turns out all I needed to do was add the command to minetest.conf while I had minetest shut down. Thanks to Krock and enpuland for helping me fix this.

So I've been looking into old IRC topics and I've found that supposedly IRC doesn't work for windows, which of course is the type of computer I'm trying to run this on. If so, is there any alternitive to making an IRC channel?
