I couldn't, the box was no longer there to type in. I also tried digging and replacing and even logging out and in again.

Update: just logged in and everything is back to normal. That was weird.

I messed up typing in the search box on my spinning wheel and now every craft station is broken. See attached screenshot.

Not sure what's going on but the server just crashed 4 times in a row. I was walking about 200 nodes from spawn, so it won't be a volcano. When I log back in and start walking, it crashes again.

You sure did! The furnace design I tried works pretty well if I use enough of the right fuel. It worked better than my previous attempts playing when Exile, so things are going pretty well at Camp Emerald.

My base is a fair walk from origin since we don't have protection and I don't want people just helping themselves to my stuff. I'm currently working on a reliable furnace design to make pottery, then to smelt iron. I know how to make charcoal reliably so that should help.

Might be the passwords didn't match? If I start typing my password before the server list finishes loading then it seems to clear the password field so I only end up entering part of my password. I've learned to wait before typing it in to avoid that issue.

This game is really cool. It's the kind of game I enjoy playing. Most of the savannah is now default:dry_dirt_with_dry_grass. Will there be an update so that coffee and pineapple spawns on those too?

I recommend you try installing mods through the Content tab of the Minetest client. You can click 'browse online content' to look at the available mods then click 'install' for whichever mod(s) you want. Enable them for your local game, and you should be good to go.
