I see several mods that have several different licenses for the software / textures / sounds. Some of them are BY-SA, which means you cannot relicense as NC-ND.

I wanted to comment that the lava flowing issue is still open. I asked in the IRC channel and there's no ETA to get it fixed. I was actually looking at an iron golem farm video from Minecraft yesterday. The ones I saw rely on pushing the golems with water and since Minetest doesn't have water flow pushing entities yet, that would complicate things. Is riding supposed to be working? I put a saddle on a pig, but couldn't ride it. I can't saddle horses / donkeys; I believe they are supposed to be tamed first, but I couldn't tame them either.

I believe rotten flesh is edible in Minecraft (it quenches hunger but could cause poisoning). I wasn't able to eat rotten flesh in Mineclone. I'm not sure if that's a known issue.
