Thanks, I don't expect any surprises. The mod has been running stable on my server for months. You mentioned that "techage" mod is not compatible with techpack. Could you please provide more details on that? We are using techpack on our main server, and I was wondering about adding techag...

I would recommend to use Digtron, it can be used for any tunneling works you can think of.
Even though Technic mod provides electric powered quarry, it's not very convenient to dig quarries more than 100 blocks deep. The same applies to quarry from Techpack.

You can download the whole repository, just go here: https://github.com/minestead/minestead_mods, then click green button 'Clone or download', then click 'Download ZIP'. Unzip the downloaded archive and copy content of the mod folder.

We fixed this on our server, you can use better_fences from our repo:

Also, we fixed the issue with item placement on top of the fence. Now the connection are switched when you punch the fence instead of right-click.

Great mod! We use it on our semi-private server :)
Also, we figured out that powerbanks can be used as energy source for Digtron machines - even better than blue energy crystals.

I have faced the same issue a few times. It looks like advtrains remember position of rails that were above the slope previously - in some cases I can even drive the train on these non-existent-anymore rails, so it hangs in air above the new rails. Do I understand you correctly - you want to copy the world map from server without having shell access to the host where server is running? I'm afraid it's impossible to do.

Copying the game (.minetest/games/_your_game_name_) and world (.minetest/worlds/_your_world_name_) folders should be sufficient, and you will not lose anything during transition. Unless you use PostgreSQL as a world backend - in that case you can follow any instructions for backing up and restoring ...
