reason is already sent with on_hpchange() You cannot change the death formspec as a server, because it is a cliect side mod. However, you *can* completely prevent the death formspec, and send players your own custom death formspec instead. Then, there is no reason that you cant also include the reas...

it would be nice to completely disable wings/flying with a setting. Many survival servers are not ready to accept flying

I have a slight problem with MT 5.4 I used to be able to select text in formspecs, press Ctrl-C, and it would copy to the clipboard. This was *extremely* useful for developing and general use.

With 5.4, selected text no longer can copy to the clipboard.

If it is ok with you, I would like to request the .blend files... for the implementation I have in mind (on a server), we need any clients to be able to view the models. So I would like to see what I could to to "fix" them.

Wormball has been updated to fix a crash with the new arena_lib spectate mode. however, besides this, it has been determined that spectate,even when it doesnt crash (fixed BTW), it still doesnt work well with wormball. jail added... you MUST specify a jail spawn location in the arena settings now. If updating, make sure to do so.
This allows a couple bugs to be fixed.

hud elements added which display the ability to push/vault with the stick.
They appear when the stick is in inventory and disappear when it is not.

Also, fixed a bug where the the stick would not shove between .6 and .7 sec after last use

heh, without Zughy and _Zaizen_, my minigames would not work, both because they made arena_lib, and because they answered many questions. But both you and I made our own minigames. Good Job! I hope a server hosts it. You should expect to provide updates and upgrades though. While the minigame works ...

Update 02032021 fix bug where players were not teleported out of the arena after crashing. Now, if you crash before the time is up, you do not "win", rather is says game over, and that you did not make the highscore because you did not survive for the whole game. With this update players' ...

See my sumo mod for an example of how to make it so players never actually die... It uses a register_on_player_hpchange() to eliminate players if they *would* die, but heal them. Update 1/30/2021

added lives (3), added HUD elements, refined the code, fixed a bug

Changed (again!) the controls
New controls:

[punch]: hit
[sneak]+[punch]: swap locations
[place]: vault
[aux (e)]: run

changed running to be a function of the minigame, not of the pushstick
