sweden, and worst of all i live where the network covering is as worst
when there's 30 or more players on a server i play on i defenitly start lagging, because of low mbps bitrate

I wouldn't grant a stranger access to my hardware to try stuff. My best advice is show proof that you have something great, worth hosting first. i don't need access to anyones hard drive or something like that, it's only someone or something that can host a server with a modificated game i'm lookin...

one suggestion is to be friends with someone who can run a server, and to work with them. Perhaps they don't know how to set it up and debug it and keep it running, and you do. how can i get a free server host? first of all, i cant host myself. my network is way too crappy and we dont have our router on all day and night in my family, sometimes the power is cut off for longer times too, so we dont have any internet at all. we have a bad network and connection from my count...
