ywwv: if you install the water_life mod then occasionally snakes will poison your character. Then the yellow square will appear.

Hi all. I recently got started with Minetest and installed several mods (list below). I left a game to run overnight and this morning I noticed a strange yellow square on the HUD. Not sure what it is. It wasn't there when I left the game. I tried reverse image searching Google, but nothing turned up...
