I've tried ALL the steps on the server creation, but still, no one can connect. Lincoln99, my friend, keeps trying to connect, but fails! Can anyone help us?

My friend was trying to install Minetest on his laptop, It goes in a loop trying to start. Some sort of Access Violation. Computer details:
OS: Microsoft Windows Vista

IDK what's going on, but the command promt goes in a loop trying to load.
