Minetest is nowhere near dead, and from what I see their are many cool and original mods out there as well as [games] to spark players' imagination.

Running Minetest itself will allow you to create your own worlds as well as connect to the multitude of servers out there which have a growing userbase (mines is Xanadu). The new model element is a great addition and used by Simple Skins, and the add_velocity makes it possible for proper knockback effects using PlayerPlus mod instead of the fake entity way of doing things :)

- Added eye_level checks for head node, fixes suffocation when player tiny

Update:

- Added 'fire_damage' setting to mob definition (default: 4).
- Added Advanced Protector to stop _is_arrow and fire damage to tamed mobs.
- Updated Mobs_Monster and DMobs with new settings.

My fav. build has to be the parkour tower that was on Xanadu mk.2 before the great reset. It was an amazing tower that started simple and increased in difficulty as you got higher and only a select few reached the top and left their name on the leaderboard books :) So much fun.

Removing 'cold_desert_ocean' from the kelp biome list will fix this:

It looks like a player went missing as the code went to bookmark locations and it couldn't find their position.

- Renamed textures to begin with 'ethereal_' so they don't conflict with other mods.

lol @ GayJesus :)

I've tweaked my own falling_item mod so that falling nodes will not replace attached nodes like rails, torches etc. if the area is protected, this will be active on next update.

just to be clear, this is an issue with falling nodes and not the protection mod, and will be fixed soon.
