Minetest writes the configuration from its interface into minetest.conf after Minetest has been closed. So, if you want to change it manually, make sure that Minetest has closed, because if it is still open your new configuration will be overwritten.

This will be crazy, many biomes on Minetest!

Currently amgmt only has 18 biomes, but this is 30 - almost two-third. Also, your mod has 3 kinds of biomes: main, beach, and sea.

What is the .ggb file?

Of course, you can. The only thing is the ratio between width and height. That's what differ from old Minecraft's skin with the new one.

I've already download this a few days ago. I played it for first time and I saw a green text. When I went to it, nothing was there. I realize that it just points to (0, 0, 0). Also, when I put "quest" block, I get error. So, there's still no story?

I'm waiting until it gets better. :D
