Re: [Mod] Technic [0.4.11] [technic]

@Aberts10 You need to extract the Zip folder from GitHub to minetest\mods, which should give you a folder called technic, with a file called modpack.txt and several subfolders in it. @swordpaint12 technic comes with LV, MV, and HV cables for this. The reactor, being a HV machine, needs HV cables to ...

Re: [Mod] Technic [0.4.11] [technic]

The injectors just push the items into the tube after being triggered by a mesecons signal. However, the grinder can only have one type of material in the input slot, so you can't insert more materials while a stack of a different item. is still being processed. You'll need sorting tubes to sort mat...

So i switched the blast concrete and regular and it works now. C=Concrete B=Blast Concrete S=Stainless Steel W= Water O=Core I=Wire. CCCCCCCCC CBBBBBBBC CBSSSSSBC CBSWWWSBC CBSWOWSBC CBSWIWSBC CBSSISSBC CBBBIBBBC CCCCICCCC So you had them the other way around before? That explains it then I guess :)

Re: [Mod] Technic [0.4.11] [technic]

Yes, it seems like it was needed before, but isn't needed for proper functioning anymore. However, if you play with damage enabled, I believe you will start taking radioactivity damage if you stand to close to it. If you add the concrete layer, it's more difficult to get damaged - you have to stand ...

Re: Your Can't Ignore The Reality Of This Community Forever

A lot of people don't own a computer, but they do own a phone, and are willing to try minetest. Wut? I'm not so sure about this statement, if people have a phone that is capable of playing games (and have found minetest, for that matter), I really doubt that they don't have a computer... I guess, w...

Re: Minetest on Rasbpberry Pi

Yes, minetestserver runs nicely on the RPi, although I haven't tried with several players or heavier mods (technic + pipeworks or mobs) yet. Mapgen is just a bit slower, but it doesn't really hinder gameplay.

Maybe change the order of the buttons? If you have male/female next to each other, I'd have taller/shorter next to each other and wider/thinner in the row below. It just seems more intuitive :)
Apart from that minor change, this looks really nice!

Re: [Mod] Technic [0.4.11] [technic]

Centrifuges are very picky when it comes to how they are connected to pipes. I'll extract my setup from a world and upload it so that you can have a look. Just note, that I have expanded it quite a bit, so that it can nearly handle a continuous stream of input, but one stage is still "leaking&q...

Dartmouth, bower is installed as a node package. First install node.js and npm (node package manager) then do sudo npm install -g bower

Done.

I was originally going to use this list, but it's too inaccurate for my needs. MTPM_Lists is much more accurate. Does this mean MTPM is better than this tool? There are probably some ways. But, I didn't have to install a boatload of stuff that doesn't make it work anyway... Got fed up with trying t...

The Raspberry Pi 2 has 1GHz Quad-core, but only 1GB RAM. But minetestserver runs nicely on it, haven't experimented so much with heavy mods yet though.

I just summarized the instructions in the README file of the minetest repository. If you download it and follow the instructions in there, you'll have it running really quickly
