Are dyes in the default mod? No, they are in the dyes mod. The modname is "dye" so you know that you would have "dye:something". I'm assuming it's dye:green but I'm too lazy to look.

Add a depends.txt in your mod folder, and write in the file the name of the mod you want your mod to depend on.

There is no need for a portal because this edits the mapgen instead of generating something in the sky.

There is one of two possible problems.
1. The mod folder is mispelled.
2. You don't have a depends.txt with default written in it.
I suspect number 2.
There is no error with the script.

Try to make a computer with a screenshot of minetest in it. The screenshot should be of this computer. So it's like minetest inside of minetest inside of minetest. (Inception reference)
