are you running the first code you pasted or the second? the second one looks ok to me, the first is missing some stuff. what version of minetest and the mod are you using? is it the stable or development version?

I think that things start to look smooth at about 24 fps and then just keep getting better as you go higher. I think that excessive hogging means you held the flag for too long without capturing

sorry if it is really obvious, how do you use an ammo pack? do you just put it in the crafting grid with the gun? does the gun have to be empty?

Could you change the command to just /vote like in Gunshippenguin's hungry games server? It is easier to type and people may have used it before.

Hi ShadowAce, There is a setting in minetest.conf called max_forceloaded_blocks which defaults to 16. You can increase this number but you have to be careful when not on singleplayer because keeping blocks loaded can take a lot of processing. Just as a reference point, each player keeps 125 map bloc...

I think this might be similar to an issue I have of my server using all my RAM and eating into swap. can someone verify if this is correct? I find that it just reduces FPS and can be solved by restarting any clients.

only 2 things: ethereal saplings don't cook into glue as defined by mesecons, and moretrees and ethereal both seem to produce different types of palm tree.
