I can't find the server in the serverlist. How else can I connect? I can't even find it in the online serverlist.

I agree. I love the originality. The ability to make mods is awesome. Minecraft has some good ideas that would be nice for minetest. I personally think its nearly impossible to make it a true minecraft clone because of all the contributors and their contributions. Long live immagination, originality...

I know! I barely know anything other than the stuff in that book. But, back to the discussion at hand. Which chapter would I most likely find what I'm looking for in? Node drawtypes or Nodes, Items, and Crafting? Or a different one? I'm reading Nodes, Items and Crafting right now.

Sweet! Glad for these updates. I have been making my houses out of dirt. It looks like a sodden roof sticking out of the ground.

I have also been following a WIP mod that will spawn towers with treasure in them, I don't know if this would be helpful or not.

I just tried it out, seems pretty nice so far.

How do I add my blocks to my inventory? Does it add walls in more than texture? Can I add it to mods to involve more than the regular textures?

Oh okay. At one point I kept on spawning in the spot I died; no problem getting bones there! Usually the first thing I do is establish a house and use /sethome.

@FreeLikeGNU are you using the wood in your inventory first? Also, are you using your steel axe?

I myself keep having to trek across literally thousands of nodes just to find trees. In every single magpen(except singlenode, of course!).

Forest cats that spawn in forests, foxes and wolves likewise. Chinchillas that spawn at high altitudes. Story mod with stories written by players. A chain of quests which lead you to a final prize. A replicator mod that automatically creates food, tools, etc... Just put in an iron lump.
