EDIT: It does have DirectX9

Well I can run a non dedicated server just fine on my netbook with all those mods. It's when I try to run dedicated. It also appears to possibly run fine dedicated on my netbook which also runs XP SP3.

Running dedicated server issues.. can someone shed some light?

I've been trying to setup a dedicated minetest server but when a player connects it crashes. I would like to know how others are running their servers so that maybe I could get this going. The only spare computer I have runs XP and it is 650MHz or something like that CPU with 256MB or something RAM....

Seems some textures I've been working on wont load and give the error they are too large. However other textures load fine. Sometimes even small textures wont load with the error they are too large. lol the screenshots show a VERY rough "idea" of a HD texture pack. Please note the "These are by no way the finished thing. This is a couple hours of boredom."

I'm just curious if I should attempt to make them better for a release or should I drop what I've done and continue on my merry way lol
