I understand your point Sokomine. But if you do not get on the server for over 6 months, I don't see that it is entirely unreasonable to free up those areas for others to maintain or use.

Yes, obviously an engine change would be required.
Would it be a big change? I would assume getting pointed at if you press the ? and retrieving a property would NOT be a major change (like colored lighting) :)

I would like to propose an idea that I discussed here once before a LONG time ago. Minetest needs a built in help BY NODE function. Every node and item should be able to have an on_help="help string" that will be displayed like a tool tip whenever the user points the cursor at that item and hits "?"...

Oh! One more thing I forgot. I really missed being able to do /home. But when I created a bed, put it in my castle, and slept in it, I still couldn't /home, and my respawn point didn't change. That may be your intent (to add to the troublesome-ness of dying) And if so, it certainly did. :)

Duh, yes, water was the solution. At long last, I managed to create, and collect, a ring of power.

I notice that mithril was left out of the ore doubling ability of the dwarven ring, I assume that was deliberate?
Also, was dwarvern an accidental or deliberate misspelling? :)

I'm struggling to make a ring of power. It takes a LOT of work to craft one, which I think is pretty cool. But I'm struggling through the code trying to find out what exactly a ring of power DOES in lord of the test, and other than using the dwarven ring to craft some stuff, I'm not finding the code...

I THINK I figured this out. You have to make a special kind of furnace to produce bronze, instead of just doing it in the crafting grid!
