Re: car mod
Did you update the code for the mod? Here's Paramat quote about it: Great mod! But it doesn't work good in multiplayer. 1. http://itmages.ru/image/view/1818037/d064dfc4 Player model faces the wrong direction. 2. if i punch car with player, it will drop and player will become invisible. Re: Client side skins?
+1 It would be nice to have a skin without the need to download a mod, that if a new player arrives, you have to add a skin manually. Also, others peeps in the past have suggested using the forum to host the skins and even the skin database. Most answers have been that is planned for the future . :P...

Indeed! :)philipbenr wrote:Still, there is a sort of attractive idea toward a well organized, creative website that allows for good effects, movies, and news, and not in the forum style. It is more like a cross between the website itself, and the forums. You have a more attractive site.

+1
I think some pages at dev wiki should add more examples. Most of the trouble I went through was that I did not know where to place given code.
I would like to help, but I don't know much besides basic stuff... :P

Re: Thinking about starting a website dedicated to minetest.
How about a more original name? :P Just going to be honest but i... kinda hate planetminecraft... The UI sucks and is always glitchy and the community is based off 3 year olds. :/ I agree that should come up with another name if you have the chance. Anyways, good luck with your page! :) EDIT: I can...

This what I found that can be classified as "sounds pack": Inocudom's Custom Sound Effects You may use ogg sound files from the webs If you want. Only OGG files are supported. For positional playing of sounds, only single-channel (mono) files are supported. Otherwise OpenAL will play them ...

Re: [Modpack] NPC Framework [minetest-npcf] [WIP]
The name of the mod? Is a modpack, so make sure the mod with the npcs is called "npcf" and the one with fonts as "textcolors". If you have issues check the posts above, usually they help.kidmondo wrote:my only question is what do i save it as?

Re: Magichet: "The Open Tuesday Update"
Some fixes just added today. Feel free to test an engineer_goggles and to see that torches are disable if they've done to many switch-ons/switch-offs. Still can't figure out why HUDs are missing. Use the /hud command to restore all HUDs. I even have changed the wieldbar images, but it didn't help t...

Went to your server today, the game is impressive! I love the unique mechanics and this (dust/heat?):
I don't know how you did that effect, but is impressive!

Made a more "natural" looking moss. It does not take the full block and has mid tones as well.

Re: Better textures for doors?
The steel door looks good. I am happy now. Great work! Your doors are currently perfect. Do not listen the known tasteless people. Your faithful steel door is more or less very close to the tone of the steel block. The wooden door, as darker than the wooden planks, make fine a good contrast in the ...

It's purpose was to make the door distinguishable if placed in a building made out of steel blocks
