posts clearly intended to start arguments Like when you told a modder you wouldn't use his mod because you don't like his license? you repeat the same crap several times The funny part is I warned cornernote he could expect to hear your views before he even posted this thread :p you act high and mi...

And I'm sure you understand fully well how completely irrelevant that is, Mr. Troll. lol, is everyone who disagrees with you a troll? (or perhaps spreading FUD). It's not my fault your brainwashing makes it easy to point out every contradiction and bending of the truth you post. last I checked pate...

Ideas can't be copyrighted, but they can be patented. And Mojang wouldn't have to trick the court, they operate on legal precedent. The precedent most recent and relevant to this situation being Apple vs. Samsung for the "look and feel" of iOS. And they don't have to try to make MC more ap...

I made a voxmynips fork of this months ago for my server, it runs pretty fast at 64, though im not sure 128 would fit without everything being incredibly small. One of those maps is posted on a pillar in my server's plaza if you want to check it out.

Perhaps more to the point, having more developers doesn't necessarily imply having more development, only more disagreements about how to develop.

That's been a constant issue for me on two different computers since 0.4.5 or 0.4.6.

What you do to get back is enable free move (K) if it isn't already to stop falling, and use /teleport to get back.

There's always the Native American Rain Dance. However, if you are unable to locate a loincloth, or unwilling to wear it, I would then recommend adding the following line to minetest.conf:

Code: Select all

enable_clouds = false

also on servers.minetest.net the field ping should be removed, because it tells only the ping from russia not the ping form Europe or the USA. so servers hosted in russia seems to be faster than all others. i was told the listserver's in Germany, but yeah its kinda pointless, ping should be from us...

Though, if you could sort the list by any column you like, that would be cool too, though only useful in the browser.

I've tried both wield3d and this modpack, though i've had problems with both :/ wield3d leaves tools/entities laying all around the map, they're not selectable so i can't pick them up. I tried this modpack in combination with zeg's skins mod, and for the most part the wieldview renders properly exce...

Actually i called it tek, though you won't find it for download anywhere as its not for public distribution. Well in any case I wouldn't mix work with leisure. If you can make money modding via whatever financing you think is appropriate, more power to you, but I'd treat it as a bonus, not a substitute to employment. A job is a steady income, donations and ads aren't.

Advertisers pay the people providing the space for ads, and they're paid by the people making the ads. Ads, like donations, do not force anyone to buy. Though, donations won't pay you according to clicks/views, you have to make the sale. Now, if you're easily manipulated by ads, that's not something...

the LGPL allows it, so long as they publish any changes they make to LGPL'd code (engine). Changing the license now wouldn't make a difference, they just couldn't use future versions the same way.
