Down right now, moved to 4.16 engine and rewrote stairs.
bug I cannot get the meselamp stair slap to glow, yet.

Clearing objects now and should be fresh and fast in about 30 mins.

Background.
Early in 2016, I began work on a street naming project for ESM server. Initially it was just a proof of concept on a very small scale. But it quickly became a substantial undertaking involving the manual placement of signage at well over 50 roadway intersections and highway interchanges. I prepared a very rudimentary map of the public roadway and highway network at the time, with the intention of publishing it here. But due to other priorities, that project was put on hold and the map was never completed. Above is a final version of that map drawn to scale using the most recent satellite image.

Roadway Names.
Since the ESM server is an international community with a culturally diverse user-base, I opted for names with neutral connotations, rather than derived from known people or places, both for sake of simplicity and to avoid implicit favouritism. The choice to use English names was due to its status as a fairly universal language.

Arterial routes are designated as "Avenue", whereas local routes are designated as "Street" or "Drive" or "Road". Most east-west roadways outside of spawn plaza are named for varieties of trees with a few exceptions such as Blackstone Drive, Valley Road, etc. In contrast, all north-south roadways have generic names.

This naming scheme was adopted for JT2. In fact, many of the names themselves were carried over, albeit the axes were shifted.

Highways are automatically generated thoroughfares with limited access, most of which are elevated and do not conform to the street grid. These routes are named for prominent figures in the history of the original just test server.
