For the map glitch, I still don't understand. The map loads by chunks of 16x16x16 nodes, so how could he make vertical moves of only 1-2 nodes, or even less?
Just realize how bored we would be if the world was perfect.

You never saw an player run on the lava on caverns map ? like that the glitch happends .... idk if the Map load on Android Minetest like the same PC minetest or not but the glitchs still not fixed

The best solution to spawn-killing is to separate the place where players spawn (and the team-chest as well) from their flag by some distance between 10 and 30 meters so that the flag is all by it's self and the team-chest and spawn-area are nearby; and make it so that if an enemy tries to enter the spawn-area, they die (but they can take the flag because it is not in the spawn-area). It would also be nice if the separate spawn-area had a 5x5 platform of unbreakable cobble as wall as the flag area.

Something that I think would be good is a respawn delay of 5 seconds so that when you die, you have to wait 5 seconds to respawn. This would reduce the problem of getting killed by the player you just killed like 5 seconds after you killed them, which, I'm sure, nobody likes.

There could be a chance because apparently, he hacks on district pvp a server your allowed to hack on

We Haven t see any New item from an long time ....
I suggest an Tactical Valid item : Smoke greneade
An Item that Players can use in cavern :
PLayer who run and who find 4 Ennemies .. He DROP an Smoke greneade to make them Blind
and to Run away behind them as fast possible
or to Kill them in one time

Smoke greneades can be rare as Normal greneades
Tactical item to make Players blind for few secondes and to Attack an Hight number of Ennemies in same time
( best place for Smoke greneade : Caverns )
Still not too much for 2019 ... Lets add an new item

i have an Glitchs REPORT :
= Glitch =2=Player name appear for 3 maps + and before killing him Red color still appear : Kick dont work player name is long
= Glitch =2= Kat shoots me with grenade so My name appear at kills list and i didnt die
Looks Like that CTF mods crashs or something happend at this moment
Fix that thanks

- These maps are online, accessible by everone.
-> You can look up the coords of various valuable resources(mainly ores) such as Mese in noclip & fly mode on a local CTF setup.

Thats a problem.

Fly % Noclip % Fast : Privs must be deleted + IF there is an File of Those Privs he must be deleted : i mean The source of Fly must be deleted to say goodbye to this priv forever .. if any hacker will try to use it he will find nothing

xD You can't delete that, it's client side. However ruben could delete that privs on his server, but I guess he still wants to use them. BTW, it's impossible(I think at least) to get those privs by "hacking".

That's not hack client ! Just a normal MT Client, where you are the admin. No hacking. But just duplicates of the maps. I generally think, before adding smoke grenades, ores should be better randomized by programming a custom ore spawn.

If that's so, then the ores should be made to not touch air, so people have no idea where the ores will be. At least the valuable ores, mese and diamond.
What is SCP-055 again? I forgot.

Select a giant region of stone underground with WE. Then run //r stone air

Guys i want to report an bug of unbalanced teams :
most of Pro players only get into one of each teams ...
Like 4 or 5 Good players vs 1 or 2Good players ... and not 2 vs 2 or 4vs 4
This make match kinda unsupported and hard and increase the Poor team sometimes .....
I ask for updating CTF Teams selection :
By using Player ranks to make an Normal Logical selection of Players ...

AFAIK the Caverns map is not accessible this way, for this reason, but it's still possible to get a local copy of the map using in-game map saving.

This is a long-standing proposition that seems to be quite difficult to achieve. I first thought to the function minetest.generate_ores but it's not usable in this case, for 2 reasons:
  • Mapgen seed needs to be changed at every regen, which the mapgen don't currently allow
  • Ore params, which are not the same for every map, will have to be modified every time
It may be possible to get around these difficulties with some hacky code, but the only clean way I see is to completely re-implement ores using Lua mapgen API, which needs… time and motivation XD

It's unlikely that waiting stupidly would fix anything more. Shutting down the server is mostly for clearing the RAM, and this doesn't take more than several seconds.

Wow Todays match was really funny !!!!
Reds Team Has Built an TRUMPS WALL so all reds start Using guns and snipers to attack blues and blues used Sky Tunnels to fight so they fail too much .... And in the end blues Won!
This Tactical match is Unforgettable ... no one can forget :D
What i suggest is to add many TACTICAL items Like Smoke Grenades And Anti Sniper Shoots Sandblock ,
Sniper Zoom
x3 or x4 , SWAP Police Hand shield and pistol , And Make who captures the flag gets more Time before the timeout by killing an player to get 5 Minutes + , Boats for Water ice map , Binoculars , left Sword click to make Sword support other sword damage defense , Lazer For pistol

Any one of us to make CTF match more interesting for players
Why when someone suggest something Moderators of Mods sleep like Koala to provide suggestions ...
2018 is about over and nothing is new on CTF

If the said "content" fits the theme of CTF and is well-optimized, it would very well be added. I'm sure the magic stuff won't make it in, though.
