Yes, tunnels are worse than bridges, but even these can be countered too, just not as easily.

How about tweaking the apples so they don't cure instantly, but, for example,
-a short time (3 s) after eating.
-continously for some time (12 s) some time (3 s) after eating.
-add cool-down (stix proposal, seems to be supported by many ctf pros)

Why?
-also, it makes advantages through traps and other smart strategies dissapear, the dude with 100 apples who can use them always wins. even if you ambush him with multiple players!
-insta cure apples give players with no/less lag great advantages over others.

Why not?
-some players trained for ages to use apples properly, teir training gets useless if this gets tweaked.

how's your opinion on that?

No, personally i think the best way to go about de-buffing apples is by implementing a cool-down mechanic, and at least a few other CTF-pros agree.

Replacing apples with medkits ....
Bad Idea for someones and good for someones .... but to make it better you can :
But This could be Better if Other Temamtes can health the damaged TeamMateFighter ( who comes back with Low HEALTH from the fight )
So The Player who got Medkits can health other friends who got low Hp health the Friend in team who has low health using Medkits
So Player need 5 secondes to health other teamate using Medkits ... Add+ if you agree
Like that Temamtes of groupes of 2 : can Get more chanse to survive
This will Improve the relation between Friends
This can Improve the Game Performances and Will help too much for Hard times attacks
This can Really be helpful for Team ....
I HOPE that PUBG dont catch me Posting that LOL



Or you can Improve Apples by Giving the Same thing to apples
If you want really to Make players ACEEPT the changing of apples if its going to be Considered ONLY give the Medkits The Possibility to be userful to health other damaged friends ....
Simple but GOLD :D

You could make a test-CTF server, and make it identical to the first, except without apples, to see how well it's received.
What is SCP-055 again? I forgot.

I was reading a discussion on github about how to detect whether a player is spawnkilling or not, when the idea came to me: use the "city-block" way.

For those of you who have never used it in the "city-block" mod players who kill someone within its radius without the player they killed attacking them first, are sent to jail.

In the same way killing an enemy without a good sword/gun within x-nodes of their base without them attacking first could, as player "cautious-potato" suggested, give the killer negative points.

No ! That would increase the amount of "Noobs" which would have to run around with wooden swords while the "pros" are having at least steel. They would stand no chance against the "pros". It's already really bad as it is ATM.

A bigger issue is PC-noobs killing enough tablet-noobs (possible only because of superior controls) to access the pro chest and then looting it.

Guys I want to find an solution for an HARD very HARD Type of Glitches who Catch me while Playing in CTF :
When i Use Stamina to fight someone
The Game teleports me to my first place And my direction to my first direction Of the Last blocks that iwas running ON
Like that i stuck at AIR then The ennemie who i was fighitng him Find me Teleporting at my place then Kills me so easy .
Every time i attack
This happend i teleport to my first place ......
I ReStart the game
NOTHING changes The Glitch happend every seconde .....
This makes me an easy target So when i try to fight i teleports to my first place and direction and got killed so easy ....
Any Solution to fix that ????????????

Im assuming your referring to the time i killed both you and EvilMonster in a 2v1? Well you might want to know that everyone has that issue when the server is laggy, as the issue is caused by the server not the client.

Oh and i had the same thing happen to me in that fight, which is why i was surprised that i won. Something of interest however is that the server tends to lag the worst on the cave map, and i suspect its because of all the dropped items on the ground (which are entities).

Hmmmmm....... I hope if there is Some Settings Tips on MT that we can follow to fix lagg ( Not the old Words : Disable the shaders ! )
An Guide of Fixing lagg by Simple Editing An File or Editing an hidden option On Minetest
To increase the Game speed for Low devices
Im using : 2GB of RAM / Intel CoreI2 (DUO)
I can play only MT on this 2001 Computer and My Parents dont let me buy an new one : ( getting scared of Getting bad marks in tests and an Universe of excuses etc... -. -)
I Boosted all the Pc performance
I updated all Drivers to latest .....
But Idk Why Minetest Works using OpenGL And not DirectX ......
Is it possible to Switch ?

Who ever said that disabling shaders would "fix" lag?

If players are teleporting all around, then it's lagging (or you're on the wrong server). If your movement gets jerky (not teleporting, but it feels like watching a slideshow) then your FPS is low. Ascertain if the lag is server-side (you can't do anything about it) or client-side (get a faster internet connection and/or stop all other downloads/livestreams).
