Only Warthog is banned. They will be until they're respectable and follow the rules.
You can try to fool me like you did the ban system but I'm not a computer (as far as you know), and so am much harder to trick. Even if you genuinely think you can follow the rules from now on there's also the fact that old vices die hard. It would take a while to change with your best effort
