Zooming and ranged weapons unneccessarily complicate what is essentially an "arcade" PvP game. Theres plenty of realistic games out there for those who really do like their realism.

I'm sure rubenwardy would not implement any of the proposals, as they do not offer a massive improvement to the game-play - think of multiple maps for example, it brings huge variety and a whole new realm of possibilities to the table. Those are the kind of suggestions that might make it in to the game...

What if ppl lose points for spawnkilling? it could be detecected by if you kill the same person so many times within a certain time-frame, if ppl lost points from doing it then most of em would stop, im looking at you ANAND :P

Why don't they add snipers with scopes or some sort of scope where you can look at far distances to create a competitive feel to it more after all they did remove the name tags and for apples not to leave we should have a 10 apples spam cool down 10-15 apples per 30secs to 1 min?

What if you added a third side that was limited to 3 players that have good tools, don't have a flag to defend, and act hostile towards both other teams?

The problem with this idea is false-positives - what if the server incorrectly assumes a normal dignified kill to be a spawn-kill? Unfortunately, there's no definitive criteria (as of now) that differentiates spawn-killing from the regular kills.Stix wrote:What if ppl lose points for spawnkilling?

ANAND the reason why you are no.1 is that you spawn killed for hours to get that many kills.
I bet Claudia Miku would be a challenge for you in the old CTF server (capture flag reloaded) he had No.1 in the bag he had 9000+ kills with 1 death from me he was op along with SerVesta and yeah I long time since i've seen him.

examples are the classic version Gun mode(firearms and long-range weapons with stone swords)
turf ctf only certain people can run to the other side while others defend the flag.
maybe with the new maps this could be possible along with mods.
