I agree. Indestructible nodes can make gameplay far more interesting. Think of a big cube of indestructible stones around the bases in caverns - this would make tunneling impossible ! Or an indestructible parkour...

Indestructible nodes give a map its unique character, esp. if the map in question primarily revolves around artificial structures, like buildings and other decorations. Such maps become meaningless if those structures are destroyed, and wouldn't offer the style of gameplay the map author intended.

I didn't really mean to do this to annoy people, i was doing this as a troll idea. Some people even wanted me to do that

As far as I know, this is not possible with the current Minetest API.

Someone can make a mod for this minimap. This isn't minimap (F9), this is suggestion for mod. This really will be very useful. A lot of team vs team games have something like this.

That's a great idea, and I'm sure it's possible to make one. It'd definitely be nice to have the actual minimap support this, but this approach is probably much better. We needn't bother about terrain, and can focus on team-mates and flags which makes this even simpler to do. It'd be even more useful if the markers have a pointer-like shape, which can be used to also display player's direction.
Unfortunately, while the client already knows the positions and look-dirs of all players within a huge range, the (server-side) mod is oblivious to this and will re-fetch the positions and look-dirs of all players again, and this probably happens every server step. This will cause heaps of lag, unless done through (SS)CSMs. I'm afraid this will have to wait until (at least) 5.1.0 :(

I even made a feature request, but that was deemed as impossible, because of the fact that player positions is only sent to players within an albeit massive range. But in CTF, since the whole map is just 220x220x140 nodes in size, all player positions are sent to every other player. The Minetest 5.0.0 server for CTF is to be considered the main one. I've disable rankings and limited the player count on the 0.4.17.1 server
