lol, never forget the distance lag = the time data needs to travel between server and you (client) = what you see is old data, or a player with low distance (low rtt) can update his player data more often, mean the server has a new position of that nearby player maybe some times more often, that you even can act.
Around year 2000 on our online game that time, we allowed only gamer with rtt (ping) under 40 ms to avoid that problem.
This still could be a hacker, or special client user ... but don't forget that basic fact about distance lag.

It could be a hacker, or just a good player. I don't think reach hacks work in MT, and I need good evidence to be able to do anything anyway

I see three possibilities:
0. Most most probable: Someone is just messing with spacing. Minetest's chat doesn't properly strip spacing. However Minetest's line wrapping doesn't seem to add leading spaces to a line. Luckily newlines won't be allowed at least; various unicode spacing still works though. I've managed to get something placed seemingly out of chat this way (see attachment).

I have a idea for a new mode for capture the flag,is inspired in Battlefield,it will be a map of 210 blocks and it will be veichles for use like tanks,also will be new objects for make defences like automatic turrets,antipersonal mines and antitank cannons

I have recently been wondering what mod i can make , and then i thought of knock back. I did a bit of research and found that minetest has already implemented it. If so , why is it not yet in ctf? I also vaguely remember during one of the updates the devs tried to implement knock back. Was there some issue with it?
