Pabu, see the topic "[Guide] Create and maintain a server on Windows" for that to make a server.I can`t make server myself.

i beileive you cant make servers on mobile. i wish becauss i would have.
In order, LaserJet, RubyJet, and xYOSIYAx are my usernames with my currently used one is xYOSIYAx (because I had to have the same username everywhere). You may call me xY or my username

Can anyone make or tell me a server that uses the technic mod pack I want to test it out

I haven't played on any strictly creative servers, leaving me without an answer to your question. You can check what mods are on a server by entering in chat >> /mods
