Ill add you. The world:
The capitol needs minor touch ups.
The arena has a couple kinks in thee walls.
District 12 has been laid out, however not built in.
District 4 has a location, but needs to be laid out.
The rest have not been started.
EDIT: My main plan for the districts is to be completely done by others for the building experience. I probably will not help much as the responsibility is up to you.
