http://whatismyip.com and then tell us the port - and then Hamchi (in case first don't work)

Use Hamachi - I can connect, and people can use me to connect via my own IP.

Yup. I'm waiting for a stable 20120606 to come out with decent server connections. Right now If I try to do a server with it it crashes a lot.
