[Server] Anarchy

Hello,
please excuse me if this is not the correct place to put this.
In the Anarchy server (5.9.94.194 : 30002) there are a lot of fires (fake_fire : fake_fire_animated.png)
just north of Spawn,
Coordinates aprox: ( 467.2 , 15.5 , -164.7 ) and when you try to put them out you get "kicked out" and you get the messege:
" An error occured:
Access denied. Reason: This server has experienced and internal error. You will now be disconnected."
But I am unable to contact (mail) the admin, because mail is not available and no admins are known...
Any help on how I could figure out who the admin is so that I may get in contact with him/her? Thank you!
