but why have that been set like this in technic ?

I will try to compare your solution to standard and after understood the changes to use them.

Is that solution or I think can call a bug ! issued at [mod] technic ?

And I still look for a solution, that might help admins using [mod] technic within settings in .conf to declare
switching stations
* always active = forceloaded (standard)
* only active, when owner is online (would prefer this)
* or only active when a gamer is near and activating them with. (Pandorabox)

do not complain about cheating server-list, as I dont take away any gamer: server has password also strict protocol

lifted up to 32 gamer,
* next need to see if lag and lag situations change when spawn has world anchor, keeping this area active/loaded for join and /spawn teleports even when dead

* not so easy, as warnings by monitoring about globalstep of pipeworks are seen at server terminal, that globalstep takes around 80000 us, or then 80 ms, but at monitoring itself most end at 20, max peaks not reach 30 ms ...
* ok, so far lag still under 0.5 with 32 gamer

Server restarted with max 40 gamer now
* with lag about under 0.5 with 30 gamer sure not that problem
* and also need to keep aware of minus as 80% of max-gamer which start at 26 gamer with 32 max, so now I have time up to 32+ gamer loosing points

still searching a reason for the rising lag yesterday,
and only I build something with technic, mean wanted to enlarge Spaceship MV network to every kids room, where one power meter , and one workbench was connected. After just 5 of 40 rooms this happened.
After separate mv network enlargement, problem gone, but need to proof.

also dig one world_anchor at spawn,
* set Radius 16: showing 11/27 map blocks keep loading, reduce and raise forceload blocks by this 11
another in space ship
* set Radius 16: showing 2/27 ..., doesn't reduce or raise it
why they react different, even same person dig/set ...

why is my backup for 5 servers at once only about 3GiB in size ... you cheater ;(

This is an very old world ! Original old "Wildes Land" never cleaned up and 5 big cities spreaded over the area, and underground

and 8 days on the run, with 5.2.0-dev = nice,
but problem with stairs after update.

and true cut all fibre connections (or partner didn't pay bill again) at midnight 31.12.2019, until 2.1.2020 5am I guess
server is back, but also restarted
* reduced monitoring mods as of reduce more lag
* hope that new mod force-loading will work

during server still there
filesize: 15.265.142.718 Byte

* yesterday evening short not reachable as of put router down for 5 hours
* max-gamer set to 50, as of server-list count and point reasons
* max-gamer seen 37 last week, but as most kids without any need of technic, mesecons ... lag still just around 0.5
* mod force-load not work like expected yet
* reduced some monitoring features as not needed (monitoring about 10-15% of all lag)

and we have fun with the vote

Basic for their asked vote is that I am 12h a day on server, end special when they are gaming, so keeping dump gamer away from them. CTF and Creative server was a bit in the rave also, but they remember my most spoken sentence when on this server is a problem: "That is not my server, so I cant help you out with this crazy guys!"

* mod playeranim update as of MTG...
* mod forceload off
* mod monitoring off (gain 10% less lag) - It is useful to check maybe after main changes of mod, or after 6 months to see, but to let it run always to much cpu using.

added:
that was worth to close monitoring as of less not reach minetest.land and warnings in terminal and also real less lag. So just use it to check if problems to find the source.

I think XP_redo will get off also, as it doesn't help without the full view like a webpage, and for what, another 10% more lag ? hmmm and we have fun here ...

it is quite shocking how just one client can lift up the lag from 0.11 with 35 gamer to 1.5 (shortly) just of the ? :
* distance (RTT)
* local connection
* client machine
* or whatever (hacked client ?)
Just happened as was 0.3 with 35 logged clients, but then

changes set:
* mod XP-redo + ranks
* maybe test toolranks again, with changed depends.txt
will come back next restart. I have seen the lag impact of both, and if more than 40 gamer, maybe need to keep off.
But server is strong/fast to keep it.

Big fun again today, as even more kids came in that I can support with PC ... so had to use old tab, and phones also

with 35 Gamer lag is around 0.5 and with about 25 gamer near 0.4, so
* xp-redo and -ranks off
* restart server

tested again with 35 gamer and lag now under near same konditions, gamer positions just 0.13 !!! instead of 0.5
= xp-redo with -ranks is OUT as long that mod is not really less lagging

As of 2019-nCoV gamer need to wear mask when join our server.

As the private school of my daughter ordered this from today morning for all students, teacher and staff here in Chiang Mai, North Thailand.

A Joke ? Maybe, I have not found a mod mask yet ...

To make it more realistic I should take into quarantine every maybe 15 gamer login, and of this every 45 gamer = 3% will die as this is the rate yet.
This is following an mod idea 2 or 3 years old, let plagues, earthquakes and hurricane simulation go through the map.

Good that the 5 PCs (+2 slower in reserve) for the kids area ready, as
* from 04.03. are holidays
* maybe more early or then will be similar shutdown as of Corona-Virus
so I need to be ready for the run the following 2.5 months.
Disinfection for Keyboard/Mouse is ready, also hand disinfection bottle at entrance.

Have to store more drinks and food (healthy things) for them also I guess.

I again rebuild the spawn again.

A gamer login in first time yesterday from GB (L-Dog) was mentioning in a bad manor about all the rule signs "crashing" on him, but some part of his idea kept in mind, as he didn't want to be locked, he want to see the field and jump in.

But, as we all know ... a lot of gamer need to have the change to remind about behaviour, rules etc.

So I am testing now a kind of sightseeing.

The spawn (/spawn or as re-spawn after death) keep same position (0,0,0), but the first hall is bigger and less signs.

Die signs about global and local rules are now spread into the several stations.

In glass framed rooms about 20 nodes above the ground over the existing (also old) spawn (1, 2, 3 also 3b, 4 and now 5) giving the gamer an impression about the build at this locations and final end in 2 still dark introduction floors about armor, weapons, and basic build-options. A room showing the build of wheat farming (water, dirt, hoe) and a simple room with chest, furnace etc.
But even this locked rooms I wanna set out to the field into the real used areas, so that the gamer get a feeling how he/her/it might do that also later.

But this builds I let do my daughter and her several friends from school and local fishing park, and just will implement them later into the Introduction net.

* mod hunger should work now like expected (sorry, you have to eat now again)
* add mod bone_meal
* add mod bio_fuel

still didn't find where a normal speed with press E comes from (not speed privilege), but for what do we have /home /spawn, rail and travel-net ?
