Fake fire adds in a block that looks like fire, but dose not have the risk of burning down your creations. the mod also adds in a flint and steel which is used to spawn in the fire. to remove the fire block just simply hit it like any other block. fake fire is an ideal for replacing the original fire in minetest

you need to rename the mod folder to fake_fire

True dat. Mercurial repositories and importing from google code, github and a bunch of others. I just don't get along with anything that resembles git or mercurial. :P

Or subversion? It isn't that hard to learn the basics of git/subversion/mercurial. Good luck having a collaberative project without one of them. :P

It seems that avast dose not like my DNS. i have tryed asking them to remove it, but i did not get a reply from them.
The way to get around this is to use my IP insted (Click here)of the domain name.

No, but I have had problems installing git on my computer. I haven't tried mercurial on it yet, but I know it is like git in a lot of respects. I just hope it will install easily and not give me any headbonking errors.
When installed from ContentDB, the `mod.conf` (not present in version control) has `name = fakefire` instead of `name = fake_fire` ; this stops the whole thing from loading until one manually makes this change.
