Right click to mount, right click again to dismount. Hovers can't be destroyed while someone is driving them.
Drive like a boat, but remember you can't go up and down using them.

Interesting. I think it would be better to be able to move vertically, but I like it. And it don't saturate the computer, contrary to hovercraft.
