First post it in WIP mods
viewforum.php?f=9
and then ask for moving it to mod releases.

I'm a bit confused about how this works - how would I for example, start a forum anew? Would I post this question here even or somewhere else?
Here is my WIP mod forum:
viewtopic.php?t=30291 - but I wish to rename it to "Dynamic Input-Held Eating" and remove all references to the copyrighted game that I mention. I'd like to have a fresh slate and apply the above rules to it.
I don't think making a second forum for it would be the correct way of doing it - so thought to ask here.

If you click the pencil, you can edit the post and change the title

Alright, I've done so and accordingly to the rules I think. Anything else I should do? :o
Do I delete my messages here? It seems there's a clearout every so often...

Your completed requests will get the posts in this thread wiped by a mod. There's no way ordinarily to delete a post, closest you can do is blank it.
