The tool is a weapon at same time
Throw it and it will always return as long there still is velocity/power left
It can pick up stuff that is breakable by hand (like no use by tools) and mobs/drops that have 10hp or less.
Players (or mobs that have more then 10 hp) will be damaged.

+ Mese can break more stuff, more times at same throw, and can break stuff like stone / ores, makes a flash when hit something

- Wood cant pick up stuff, less damage, fails if it hit something else then air & leaves.

Version 3: fixed bugs and crashes (hard tested)
Version 3.1 fixed the last crash (when the chakram is moving to the owner, and the owner in somehow leaving the game at same time)

Great Mod! :)

Think I found a bug - and the fix.

It causes the server to crashes with the mese, and wood chakram. Looks like the same typo in both files. I'm assuming np should be pos in both files based on line 122 of steel.lua . The following warnings are produced just before the crash.

i have tryed that 3 times, but just messup, there is a lot of other people that can do it for us, :-)

First of all, copyright marking is a US thing, and even there it has no special power since joining the Bern Convention. So it does nothing on its own (like in Sweden). The Bern Convention covers such immaterial property.

But what I really ask is how…

What is "other things"? :)

I guess I want you to use a proper license, like GPL or MIT. Please have a look at choosealicense.com and consider adapting a proper license. You won't lose control. What will happen is that people who want to contribute (like me) will know on what terms to do so.

it was copyright first,
then changed to LGPL 2.1 and CC BY-SA 3.0, also on all other mods i made.

but now its CC0 on this mod

+fixed destroying items


if you like this mod, i can tip about an add-on to the bows mod, 2 kinds of items that can catch mobs, and store them inside the items, reminds about pokeballs

Hi, this mod is on my "must install" list. Great mod! It's not working in Minetest 5.3.0. Any plans to update it?

doest it shows a crash log or something (im currently using it in same version,although in "minetest extended" game) and it works fine,weirdly enough if i make a creative world with onlythe base game and the chakram mod it crashes, so maybe you need a library or some stuff

i updated the mod, but still craching, seems to be a delay bug in minetest,
crashing after spawning an item, then removing it in 1 secund.

add drops 1 secund after the chackrams passed would make the mod pretty wierd and useless...

Got this error when mese and steel chakrams hit a block:

Important:
The mod crashes when you throw a chakram into wooden material.
Please fix it the mod is so awesome!!!
I'm still new so sorry for mistakes ;-;
