I think its a good idea, because users can disable included stuff.

plants does not grows on mars, but we still need them if there not are a unlimited trade system.
there are no aliens too, but adds more life to the gameplay, but some people maybe even not want greifing monsters.

If you do not mind, I think you would create a new thread, and add your version of the mod, and rename it, for example "mars surviving" or something, just need another name.

ok, first i build the new system and then the new thread if its finished.

btw. i changed also the spacesuits again, to improve armor and registration
also for aliens the digging should be optional, so that u can have not digging aliens ;)

hi ! :)

i realy like this mod! i used it a lots of time, and also maked technic and moreores useable for this mod.
but in the new wersion of minetest (0.4.15) it doesent work. it automaticly turns off the mod when i lunch the map.
can someone help me ? or fix it ...

I have no idea, maybe a conflict with another mod?

[space] can possible be a conflict cuz its are using parts of the mars mod viewtopic.php?f=9&t=14497

no, nothing. the map is loading as default. without marssurvive, like if it didnt exist or existed :P

hello again!

i made a mars game, that has a few changes, but mostly it has moreores, and technic connected to mars mod.
it has no aliens, coulse it isnt realistic. my qestion is: can i upload this game or you want to do it near "mars mod"
i am working, but its playable :)

1: put the game, and a info/textfile in a zip file, so people easly can unpack it.
you should also put the license somewhere in the zip file, the mosly people writes the licese in the info/textfile file

2: The topic:
go to here viewforum.php?f=50 then press "NEWTOPIC"

The title can be like: [Game] Name [version number]

Add description / text about the game

Add the license text, eg License: CC-BY-SA

if the zip is smaler then 1mb can you upload it as a attachment if you editing the post again or pressing the full editor.
a lot of users are uploading their stuff at github, mediafire is good too (both are free to use)

I installed a Mars-Server with some other mods but it crashes always after a short time with the following error-message:

At first I had the SciFi-Mobs activated, too. And as the message is from "aliens" I thought that it was a problem because of the mobs-mods. So I deinstalled them and cleared the SciFi Monsters. But there is still the same problem.

Can you help me, please?

V 8-9:
the messsing aliens ([axov api] is now removed + it was buggy) you need to install aliveai to add aliens
Fixed inf and nan crashes by aliengun + less delay
Remove clouds
more relestic planet/space

Hi,
I've worked out you need to put unstable air in the generator to get air, but how do we
get unstable air?

Any chance of guide with pictures showing every step?

Any help is appreciated

You need to find oxygen ores and craft air bottles

More info:

1: Place an air generator in a closed room, that can be filled with air

2: Right click it, then it fills the room with unstable air.

after a few secunds will the unstable air turn to breathable air, this is sensitive to vacuum, any contact to vacuum will dissolve all air the room
