This is the Invisible mod :D

This mod works with 3d armors and should work with skins mods too.

Hides players nametag when they are sneaking, or invisible if you have the invisible privilege.

Give yourself the invisible stick, to toggle your invisible on/off
(your colisionbox will be removed, so players cant point you)

Your name tag will only be hidden for who have minetest version 0.4.14 or higher.

Edit: hmm i dont go invisible, but untextured. could be that the server uses the u_skins mod, guess they are not playing nice together ;-(



2nd Edit, rebuilding latest git version on server, will test and edit again.

This happens because the mt core could not load the transparent texture.

I changed the name of the texture, and it will set the model scale to 0.. so you should be invisible even it not loading the texture this time.

Also 3_darmor may have issues just re apply armor and will fix.

Fixed in V2

It had nothing do to with the skin mod, it was the armor mod, because it replacing the default player model, and changing the character texture to the wield item texture... but now it will use functions from the 3darmor to update the player too.

"Your name tag will only be hidden for who have at least 0.4.14." I believe that is your answer.

Would it be possible to hide the invisible player from the mini map as well?

Minimap can be disable completely on the server-side however.
