What are privs do you mean? If you play on singleplayer is created by you you don`t need to get privs - all accessed for you. If you are on a server you can/can`t use privs - it depends from admin how he did a server.

Some people wanted me to include the models in the git repo, and aside from having a separate git repo this is the only way i saw.
I will program some stuff next months and probably release advtrains 2.0 (because the new trains i plan have larger extents and do not run on some existing railway tracks built in worlds, thus "breaking compatibility"). When I do this, I will throw the stuff out.
Since when minetest doesn't support nested modpacks anymore? That's new to me (only the menu doesn't, see https://github.com/minetest/minetest/pull/5329). Anyways, thanks VanessaE for reviewing.

In 0.14.16, singleplayer is locked out of all privileges by default. Fortunately it's a one-command fix:
/grantme all

But if you come in "singleplayer" over a server, you will access all! By the way, why does TNT not exist on server?

Andrey: They're self-propelled cars, they don't need a locomotive. Also, amongst my American train wishes are the GE Genesis loco, dome cars and the PCC streetcar (which can be used as a base for many other streetcars). :)

If you need it, in the next two weeks I move to record live trains in all the ways:

While pass (useful in many cases);
at the station;
on board.

I use professional audio recorders/microphones and professional microphone shooting techniques and I'm very happy to give my little contribute to this beautiful game (engine).

we need a steam engine sound while its driving and a wistle sound
then a sound for a driving diesel engine
a sound of a wagon when its on rails
and a sound of a electric engine (ICE,TGV,... )
