After playing with this for a while I've discovered they are kinda stupid, but I suppose that's to be expected with droids ;) I've only used them as lumberjacks, or would that be lumberjills, either way, they just pick randomly from trees, rather than doing a full tree at a time. I haven't looked at the code at all, but I would have expected them to chop the nearest tree rather than randomly picking from here and there.

I also noticed that you have a spelling error on the spawn eggs, you have them spelled swapn.

I am enjoying this, and can't wait to see where you take it. I do want to look at the module code and see how this could be expanded to do other things, maybe a droid that picks up dropped items, one to pull weeds out of farm fields, I've so many ideas. :P

Reminds me of the Steppford Wives :D

This is very nicely done for what appears to be a début mod, I hope we see more from you.

Steppford Wives was a movie made in the 1970s, your maids remind me of it, except they will not make me coffee : )
But, for your first work, yes, extremely impressive. Far better and more involved than what I can do.

Also, never apologize for not knowing the English language much. I see far more people from other countries who speak better English than many who are native to English. And they also try more than English speaking who rarely try to learn other languages

I read the outline of Steppford Wives, and I understood what you meant !
I might implement make_coffee module :)

Thanks.
That’s very kind of you to say so.

Maybe add a Jeeves (butler), who follows the player around and does your bidding?

if they have a follow core the maids should teleport if you get Too Far Away,

also Why do They not Destroy The whole tree but just a couple blocks, they should also be able to swim,

Some sounds would also be amazing,

but overall amazing mod one of the best quality mods i have seen So Far ;D
i'm the co-dev and lead artist of farlands

I don't think the maids should teleport, ignoring laws of physics.

Doesn't the maid destroy the whole tree !?
Please tell me the details.

I think the maids should swim, also.
I will implement it.

Thank you for your comments (and submitting issue on GitHub) :)

If they follow you and you get too far away they just lose track of you and if you really get too far you probably won't find them back which is annoying, so that's why I think they should teleport ( also a little bit of exciting news for you I hope.) Summerfields http://summerfields.info now supports the maidroid mod https://github.com/SummerFields/Minetest/issues/15
also about the trees I will make an issue on github

Can i borrow the code? Cause i was thinking that i would make a mob like this but annoying because it would dig holes everywhere for you to fall in. And put one that chops the leaves down! Chop-O-TFox? Chop-n-TFox?! Idk yet.
I'm the TailsTMM of minetest, in other words, i rock.
BRAAAAAZZZZAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW it means TailsTheMeseMinecart, but that isn't my name, it's just a way of saying that i basically do the same thing Dantdm does but i do it with minetest And you problably can't see the invisible ink.
My mods:
My first mod:tails_boss

Mob_pack now has voice acting! Do you want YOUR VOICE included? Look in my posts for the thread!

I think player should walk as fast as maidroids walk.

Yes, this mod's license is GPL.
Recently, I update maidroid mod, so lumberjack module and farming module are not enable to use now.
If you want to use these codes, please checkout to "7887bc7b958a6c04bda53abeb7df7e8d88a0d542".
