[Mod] Abort breaking [v1][abortbreaking]

A simple mod, that revokes players interact, when they punches a protected node, until they stop,
Instead of wait until they breaks the first one.

This makes it impossible to break through protected walls, as long there not lags much.

Oooh, looks like a good concept! I won't need this for my personal server, but it would be good for a public server.

Does it ignore nodes with on_punch defined?
Every time a mod API is left undocumented, a koala dies.

Thanks! Even if it ignores nodes with onPunch defined, it's still useful for pretty much all common construction blocks!
