Update: Added 3d nodebox-based bookshelf and empty bookshelf by way of "homedecor_3d_extras" sub-mod. These redefine default bookshelf and moreblocks empty bookshelf, respectively, to give them nice 3d shapes instead of boring cubes. Enjoy!
EDIT: Also, just added an "open frame" bookshelf - basically a half-depth bookshelf without the top panel. Craft it with four wood in the corners and 3 books across the center row. Yields 1.

when i have the whole mod pack installed signs lib and all, when i place a sign a get the default sign not the signs_lib's 3d sign

nope not unless the default mod from the latest minetest_game. or some other default mod

I use signs_lib by itself (that is, without the rest of the homedecor modpack) on my Mostly-Vanilla server, as well as the entire modpack on the Free-for-All server and it works perfectly in both cases, as well as everywhere else that I use them.

Epecially with the colors, another background for the text would be fine. Perhaps the topmost background color as a small (half that wide) frame, and the brightest background color for the main display area.

I try to install different mods, not all do this but many do...and i am not sure why it happens, I change the folder name, and it acts as though I didn't, and it is clearly changed in game...HELLLP

its windows 7 minetest, just installed it the other day, and I tried to install the home decor modpack, and got the error i posted above and I followed the instructions, and it happens to me with different mods, and I don't know why....
