I suppose drywall can be added.

The stereo and speakers could play music, for example. Also, there is a certain display mod that shows in-game time on its clocks.

Also is there anyway to change the recipes from using lumps to using ingots.

The speakers could be made to play music, but I'm not going to do that, because it would require adding at least one large .ogg file to the archive, preferably several to allow for a reasonable music selection, so anywhere from 3 to about 30 MB of added data.

Some recipes use lumps instead of ingots to avoid recipe conflicts with other mods, plus they needed to make at least some sense.

I have experience with such things, and honestly they just don't sound good in practice.

I have split the signs_lib mod off into its own project. As such it is no longer included with the Home Decor modpack.

You can find it at: https://forum.minetest.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=13762

I recently ran into a bug with the wardrobe in the Homedecor mod pack, when I attempt to craft it, I get an unknown item that can't be placed.

Update 12/28/2015: Please disregard the previous message, it seems like what ever the bug was, it got fixed in the updated version of the mod pack.

There seems to be an issue with rotating shutters with a screwdriver. When in positions "13 6" and "13 7" (according to the replacer), the model is at the bottom of the node while the hitbox is at the top. This also means there's no way to change the orientation of shutters placed on the ceiling (i.e. rotating them horizontally).

I've tried the Multi-Song .ogg files. Just causes packets to drop or the server/client to crash due to the ram limit in luajit.

do you think you can add more game consoles like the PS3,PS4,XBOX 1 and XBOX 360 and any others?

I do not have plans to add other consoles. Pull requests are welcome, though. One thing I'd like to do some day is replace the existing models in the "computers" component with nice, low-poly meshes that better capture the shapes of the devices, and maybe come up with some extensible way to add wall materials that can be painted on one side.

I was planning to make a mod that would paint only one face of a node. I was going to add it to mypaint. I will let you know if I ever get it done.

I think a few of the crafts for things are a little skewed.

One example is the drawers, which take 2 wood and 1 steel but only yield one drawer, which is half the size of a block.
I think it would make more sense for the recipe to yield 4 drawers

Same goes for a lot of other wooden furniture

There may be at some point, but it's already got so much stuff in it, I can't imagine there being much else to add.

Projection Lighting does some really strange stuff.

Like prevent water from spawning, trees growing... depending on how you set up the lighting that is. I used it every 2x2 and got 1x holes in water. I made it a strip across the ceiling and the water would only spawn in one direction. Even trees got chopped up by projection lighting. Got images... need to upload somewhere.

I am not aware of any kind of "projection" type of lighting in Home Decor?

The pictured nodes look like ordinary glow lights, which do nothing special. I do seem to remember though that there was a minetest_game update not long ago that changes how much light is needed to make grass grow. I have no idea at all why water would be affected.

it looks like it's it own mod though no idea who programmed it. It's just weird how it effects things. It projects light no matter the distance down.
