Should it be the case that the "iron charcoal mix" can only be made with charcoal and not in alternatively with coal?

Real life steel is smelted from a mix of iron and charcoal and some other bits. Does the latest update work for you ok now ?

Aksherly, in fairness to lilo, modern steelmaking uses coke, which is (more or less) to coal what charcoal is to wood. Maybe add a recipe for charcoal by cooking coal?

TenPlus1, have you thought of adding toolranks to this? I noticed on Xandu and in your notabug git, its one of the few tool sets without toolranks... I will try this myself soon but I'm quite novice at Lua currently. If I figure it out, I'll share it.

I'm wondering though, is this an intentional omission to encourage use of Steel instead of Iron?

Also, I personally find this mod a nice alternative for simple servers that want to add some depth and difficulty to early/mid game iron without adding the entire huge technic mod pack.
